History

Science Kinetics was founded in 2005 by Jeff Shapiro. Jeff's experience in the museum industry began in 1994 at the Center of Science and Industry (COSI) in Columbus, Ohio. Science Kinetics was initially a part-time operation while Jeff also worked at COSI. Since then Science Kinetics has rapidly grown into a world-class design/build firm employing some of the most talented designers, engineers, and fabricators in the industry. While the majority of clients are located in the United States, Science Kinetics has designed, fabricated and shipped exhibits to children's museums and science centers throughout the world including clients in the United Kingdom, Italy, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Abu Dhabi, and many others.
